Join us for a truly unprecedented evening as Poppy’s presents The Weller Bourbon Experience — the first event of its kind in North Carolina. This exclusive five-course dining experience is masterfully paired with the Weller line, featuring some of the most sought-after wheated bourbons in the world.

These rare expressions are almost never seen together anywhere in the state — much less poured side by side at one extraordinary dinner. Each course will be thoughtfully crafted to complement the unique character of every pour, from classic Weller Special Reserve to exceptional limited releases.

Because tickets are extremely limited for this historic evening of bourbon, cuisine, and craftsmanship we have created a lottery. If your name is selected you will have the opportunity to purchase up to (4) tickets for the Weller Experience dinner. Winners will be notified by phone and email and will have 24 hours to purchase tickets after being notified of being selected.
